Supply-source verification is the first quality gate

  • Business licenses and entity documents are reviewed internally by the platform
  • Contact details, operating regions and supply materials are only used in the admin backend
  • Platform operators can submit, approve or reject verifications on behalf of suppliers
  • Once verified, suppliers can upload vehicles and manage listing, delisting and pinning

Phase 1 inquiries are not dispatched to suppliers directly

Platform support receives portal chat and inquiry leads, confirms stock and pricing first, then follows up with overseas buyers to ensure service quality and pricing consistency.
